Once your booking is submitted, you’ll receive confirmation with your class details. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first session.

What to Bring
For dance classes, wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in and bring a bottle of water.
For adult fitness, wear trainers and comfortable workout clothing.

- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your class name, time, studio address and arrival advice.
- Is there a free trial for children’s classes?
- Yes — your first class is free on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Just enter code FIRSTCLASSFREE at checkout and your first session will be free.
- Can adults join with no dance experience?
- Absolutely. All adult classes welcome beginners. There’s no pressure and no judgement — just movement, music and good energy.
- What should my child wear?
- Comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing is fine for your first session. No uniform required when you start.
